Recent immigrants from Avulevu, France, these two distinctly unfortunate souls have ended up serving burgers and swilling beers throughout the deep South. The message of their music is contextual, explains Dag deBeauvoir, the band's chef. "Who knows why the world turns darkness into light, but I am afraid for all of us if the disenfranchised nations of the world begin to employ the fabled weapons of mass destruction. It can be said that the Marshall plan had its advantages: while raping a culture thousands of years in the making, it also provided the opportunity for men, and especially women, to breath a sigh of freedom some 50 years later."
